The floral arrangement was just as beautiful (recipient sent me a photo) as shown online and the service was excellent. I had to change the delivery location at the last minute and Junko was very gracious and accommodated my request. I would definitely use this florist again.

Very professional florist a nd the final arrangement was very well received by giftee. However, I was slightly disappointed that the final product didn't quite have the atmosphere nor magic of the one represented in the photo, though I know flowers are seasonal. Maybe a touch more ikebana and even less American would live up to the Zen Gardens name. But overall very pleased with my purchase.
