After placing an order for an arrangement, I was contact via text by the florist to tell me one of the particular flowers shipped to them had arrived in poor condition. She substituted a different flower, even adding extra, then texted a picture of the arrangement to make sure I approved before delivery. Junko created an absolutely gorgeous arrangement!
