I appreciate that the florist website clearly instructed clients to call and check on inventory before placing the order, as some substitutions were required due to seasonal availability. They answered the phone promptly and were generous in spending time understanding the purpose of the arrangement and how to design something with sensitivity and care. The florist was very thoughtful and texted me updates and a picture of the final arrangement, which was beautiful. She added a bit more width and density of flowers to compensate for the flower substitutions. Very grateful for the professionalism and care every step of the way. The final product was gorgeous and exactly as imagined. Thank you!
